About
The European Optical Society (EOS) encourages the student members to join or create an EOS student club.
If interested please fill THE FORM or CONTACT US !
The EOS invites student members to join or create their own EOS Student club. These clubs serve students who work in the same town, in order to get new contacts, exchange their experiences and discuss their concerns.
EOS Student club members are encouraged to meet, organize or participate to events, propose visits of laboratories or companies from their town. It is the best way to establish valuable contacts to future employers and explore career opportunities in a direct dialogue.
EOS Student clubs also benefit from regular opportunities to present their research activities to a broad audience during EOSAM Conferences organized every two years by EOS. They can publish news in the EOS newsletter, on the EOS WEB site and other EOS media to raise awareness for their concerns. For example, members of the student programme are invited to publish NEWS about their student club in the EOS newsletter.
EOS Student clubs can also benefit from advices and supports from the Club Mentors and Sponsors.
Since the launch of the EOS Student clubs Programme in 2011, EOS has welcomed 14 EOS STUDENT CLUBS from European countries and also from all over the world, as Ukraine and the United States.
